Last stop! The infographic was created for Research House’s client, the TTC: Toronto Transit Commission. A complex Microsoft excel sheet was dropped in my lap and required a visual representation of the major key factors that influence a users experience on the TTC. All data is accurate based on statistics generated by the Research House.
Due to the privacy of the data, the project has been removed and replaced by the client’s testimonal.
While we live in a data-rich era, our ability to find clarity in the masses of information around us is crucial to helping businesses succeed. Shaun helped us do just that with the creation of a clear, powerful and insightful infographic that showed the relationship between the perceptions customers had of TTC service and their overall satisfaction.
